This information form has been prepared to inform customers who wish to benefit from the car rental, motorcycle rental and ATV rental services offered by Best Motor Marmaris Car Rental and VIP Transfer Services.

As Best Motor, we provide safe, comfortable and practical transportation solutions in Marmaris and the surrounding areas. Before the rental process, it is important for our customers to be informed about service terms, usage conditions, delivery process and responsibilities.

1. Scope of Service

The rental services provided by Best Motor include the following:

• Daily car rental

• Motorcycle rental

• ATV rental

• Short-term and seasonal rental options

• Delivery and pick-up services within Marmaris

• VIP Dalaman Airport transfer service upon request

Rental services are provided according to the customer’s request, availability and reservation conditions.

2. Required Information for Rental

During the rental process, the following information may be requested from the customer:

• Full name

• Phone number

• Identity card or passport information

• Driving licence information

• Rental start and end date

• Pick-up and return location

• Preferred car, motorcycle or ATV

• Additional service requests

This information is collected for the purpose of creating the reservation, managing the rental process and providing the service safely.

3. Driving Licence and Age Requirement

Customers who wish to benefit from car, motorcycle or ATV rental services must have a valid driving licence.

The required driving licence class may vary depending on the type of vehicle to be rented. The customer declares that they hold the legally required driving licence for the vehicle they wish to rent.

Age requirements and driving licence experience may vary depending on the vehicle class. Best Motor reserves the right to evaluate or reject rental requests when deemed necessary.

4. Reservation and Confirmation Process

Rental requests may be received by phone, WhatsApp, website or other communication channels.

To confirm a reservation, the following may be required:

• Determination of the rental dates,

• Checking vehicle availability,

• Collection of customer information,

• Advance payment or deposit, if required.

Once the reservation confirmation is communicated to the customer by Best Motor, the rental process begins.

5. Delivery and Return Process

The rented car, motorcycle or ATV is delivered to the customer on the agreed date, time and location.

During delivery, the general condition of the vehicle, fuel level, existing damages if any, and equipment condition are checked. The customer is deemed to have accepted the vehicle after checking it upon delivery.

At the time of return, the vehicle must be returned in accordance with the condition in which it was delivered. Additional charges may apply in cases such as late return, missing fuel, damage or use contrary to the rental terms.

6. Terms of Use

The rented car, motorcycle or ATV must be used in accordance with the following conditions:

• Traffic rules must be obeyed.

• The vehicle must only be used by the person specified in the agreement.

• The vehicle must not be used under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance that may reduce attention.

• The vehicle must not be used for racing, demonstrations, commercial transportation or illegal activities.

• Necessary safety equipment must be used for motorcycle and ATV rentals.

• The vehicle must not be taken outside the permitted usage area.

All responsibility arising from use contrary to these conditions belongs to the customer.

7. Damage, Accident and Penalty Situations

Any accident, damage, traffic fine, parking fine or legal responsibility occurring during the rental period belongs to the customer.

In the event of an accident or damage, the customer must immediately contact Best Motor and complete the necessary official procedures. Responsibility arising from any actions taken without notifying the authorities or without preparing an official report may belong to the customer.

All penalties arising from traffic violations, speeding, incorrect parking, driving under the influence of alcohol or similar situations will be charged to the customer.

8. Fuel Policy

When the car, motorcycle or ATV is delivered, the current fuel level is communicated to the customer.

At the time of return, the fuel level is expected to be the same as when the vehicle was delivered. If the vehicle is returned with missing fuel, the fuel difference may be charged to the customer.

9. Cancellation and Change Conditions

The customer may request a change or cancellation of the reservation date. Change requests are evaluated according to vehicle availability.

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary during high season, special periods or prepaid reservations. If a deposit or advance payment has been received, refund conditions are applied according to the terms communicated to the customer during the reservation.

10. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information,

• Holding a valid driving licence,

• Using the rented vehicle carefully and in accordance with the rules,

• Complying with delivery and return times,

• Reporting any damage or malfunction to the vehicle without delay,

• Fulfilling all legal and financial responsibilities that may arise during the rental period.

11. Responsibilities of Best Motor

• Deliver the vehicle in suitable condition before rental,

• Inform the customer about rental conditions,

• Carry out the reservation and delivery process properly,

12. Protection of Personal Data
